This event will bring together neighboring communities, families and the culturally inclined for a line-up of Boston's diaspora-owned food, beverage and artifact vendors, representing our own diasporic heritage as well as cultures from West Africa, the Caribbean, Mexico, Central & South America, East Africa, Southeast Asia and more.
Expect global sounds, DJ sets on entry hours, live demos and other interactive surprises as you explore great food, drink, wearable art and more from Boston's BIPOC and immigrant communities.
The Diaspora Food Festival is presented by 1 Hour Party, a Boston based 501(c)(3) public charity, in partnership with Citixen Joy — Boston's home for Black and Brown artists.
Our first vendors are confirmed — with more announced every day. diaspora-owned food vendors representing cultures from around the world including Caribbean, West African, East African, Latin American, Haitian, Cape Verdean, Southeast Asian, and more. Vendors offer a variety of dietary options including Halal, Vegan, and Vegetarian.
